The training offer consists of a cycle of training seminars aimed at businesses in mountain areas on the topics of smart working and digital devices that can make mountain areas more competitive and at the same time increase sustainability.

 

Below is the detailed program:


1. A house to work: internal environment, well-being and biophilia (9 May)
The webinar intends to investigate the possibilities connected with the management and optimization of the internal environment to create comfortable and productive remote workplaces. The characteristics of the thermal, acoustic and visual environment for working remotely in domestic environments, new tools for monitoring environmental conditions and the opportunities associated with biophilic design will be presented.

2. Smart Working & Best Performance (16 May)
The webinar aims to provide good practices in order to improve company performance. In particular, the topic of performance measurement of onsite and remote activities in the corporate environment will be introduced.

3. Work environment and remote working: legal aspects (6 June)
The webinar focuses on illustrating the critical issues and solutions concerning the protection of the health and safety of the smart worker, with particular reference to work-related stress and the right to disconnect, as well as work-life balance.

4. A smart approach to working remotely: Tools and ideas for organizational renewal (13 June)
Adoption of smart work in the company. Where are we at? In this webinar, the first results of an exploratory survey carried out on North West companies will be presented and the case studies and services that the NODES project offers free of charge to companies will be described. In particular, some techniques and tools will be presented to support the company in evaluating its processes from a smart work perspective.

5. Innovative tools for effective smart working. An essential introduction (June 27)
This introductory webinar offers an essential overview for those who want to understand the fundamentals of the tools and technologies needed for remote work success. Aimed both at those who are new to this way of working and at those who wish to optimize their practices, the webinar will cover aspects relating to collaboration with colleagues, working on the move and the support of work tools (hardware and software). Through a simple and accessible presentation, the main tools and best practices for an effective implementation of remote working will be analysed.
