The course is designed to support anyone who, following a course in research activities, intends to develop skills to enhance their know-how. The innovation design course is structured to facilitate the acquisition of prior knowledge about technology and knowledge transfer.
This course aims to enhance participants' soft skills necessary for the design of new innovation and business ideas and projects both within business settings and new activities to be launched in the market.
During the course, knowledge of:
- Definition of product service
- Definition of innovation
- Market analysis.
- Strategic analysis
- Economic, environmental, social sustainability analysis.
All this tailored content meets the development of a NODES ecosystem, complex and innovative proposing an activity aimed at a switch of mindset that allows participants to penetrate a stimulating and multi-participatory environment.
The course promotes the problem-solving approach that enables shaping and validating an idea from a "concept" stage into a prototype and finished product in complex environments through a continuous design and monitoring approach (plan | do | check | act), offering analytical methodologies and tools to develop practical and applicable solutions. An ecosystem mindset is fostered, encouraging interdisciplinarity and immersion in complex environments, thus enabling the development of innovative and adaptable solutions to the changes required by society.
